Finalized 2025 Rules for Inpatient Prospective Payment – CAHs & Telehealth

Earlier this month, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) published their final rule for “Medicare and Medicaid Programs and the Children’s Health Insurance Program; Hospital Inpatient Prospective Payment Systems for Acute Care Hospitals and the Long-Term Care Hospital Prospective Payment System and Policy Changes and Fiscal Year 2025 Rates; Quality Program Requirements; and Other Policy Changes.” (Note: This link is to the unpublished version.  The final version will appear in the Federal Register on August 28, 2024).
